Privacy
Daycraft is a personal planner. Your tasks can be personal, so we collect as little as possible and never sell or share your data.
What we collect
- Your Google account basics. When you sign in with Google we receive your account ID, name and email address, only to sign you in and keep your tasks tied to you.
- What you add to the app. Tasks, notes, steps, estimates, your day plans, focus-session times and your settings (for example whether rewards are on).
We don't collect your contacts, location, photos or microphone. There is no advertising and no tracking across other apps or websites.
Where it's stored
Your data is stored with Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) so it syncs to your account and survives a change of phone. It is encrypted in transit and at rest by Google. Security rules make sure only your signed-in account can read or change your data — we don't look at your task content.
How long we keep it
Until you delete it. Removing a task removes it for good after the short undo window.
Deleting your data
In the app, go to Settings → Your data → Delete all. This removes your tasks, steps, plans, history and preferences. You can also ask us to delete your data and account by contacting us (see below).
Children
Daycraft isn't directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
